Terms and Conditions of Allevito.com

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Bundatia Ltd (“Bundatia”, the website operator) and the individual (“User”) who participates in an income opportunity program in collaboration with Ningbo Elito International Trade Co., Ltd (“Ningbo Elito”), hereinafter collectively referred to as “Allevito”. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User acknowledges that this program offers an income-generating opportunity and does not constitute formal employment.

1. User Information

The User provides personal data, including but not limited to name, address, email, phone number, and payment details, for the purposes of creating and managing their online shop. Bundatia Ltd ensures compliance with data protection laws, including the UK Data Protection Act and GDPR, in securely storing and processing this data. Personal data will not be shared without explicit consent, except where necessary to fulfill this Agreement.

2. Responsibilities of Bundatia Ltd and Ningbo Elito


1. Bundatia Ltd

    • Bundatia Ltd acts solely as the website operator and a facilitator for communication and administrative support.
    • Bundatia Ltd is not responsible for the operational management, product sourcing, marketing decisions, or any legal liabilities arising from the online shop operations.
    • Bundatia Ltd ensures compliance with applicable data protection laws and maintains the infrastructure necessary for the User to participate in the income opportunity.

2. Ningbo Elito

      • Ningbo Elito is fully responsible for the operational management of the online shop, including product listings, pricing, marketing strategies, and customer service.
      • Ningbo Elito assumes all responsibilities related to consumer protection, warranties, and any after-sales services required by local laws or platform policies.

3. Independent Parties

    • The User acknowledges that neither Bundatia Ltd nor Ningbo Elito acts as the User’s employer.
    • This Agreement creates no partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship among the parties.

4. Consumer Rights and Customer Service

    • Ningbo Elito shall comply with all applicable consumer protection laws and regulations, including handling returns, refunds, and exchanges as required.
    • Any legal disputes or claims from end-customers related to product defects or services rendered are under the responsibility of Ningbo Elito, except where expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement.

3. Revenue Sharing and Remuneration

  1. Performance-Based Income

    • The User is entitled to 1% of the gross revenue generated by their designated online shop.
    • Revenue generation and payments are based entirely on the performance of the shop.

  2. No Guaranteed Earnings

    • Neither Bundatia Ltd nor Ningbo Elito guarantees any specific level of earnings. All income is contingent on market conditions, platform policies, and the effectiveness of the marketing strategies employed.

  3. Tax Obligations

    • Each party is individually responsible for identifying and fulfilling their respective tax obligations, including but not limited to income tax, value-added tax (VAT), and any other levies under their local jurisdictions.
    • Users are advised to seek independent tax counsel to ensure full compliance with relevant laws.

  4. Fee Deductions

    • Any fees associated with payment processing or third-party services are the responsibility of the User, unless otherwise stated in this Agreement.

4. Verification Fee

A one-time, non-refundable fee of 1 USD is charged to validate the User’s payment method during the shop setup process.

5. Shop Setup and Management

  1. User Information and Accuracy

    • The User shall provide all necessary personal, business, and payment information accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Any false or incomplete information may result in suspension, closure of the shop, or termination of this Agreement.

  2. Setup Process

    • Bundatia Ltd and Ningbo Elito will collaborate to set up the online shop on the chosen e-commerce platform.
    • The User grants Ningbo Elito full access to manage the shop, including the authority to update listings, prices, and promotional content.

  3. Ongoing Management

    • Ningbo Elito is solely responsible for day-to-day operations, including order fulfillment, customer support, and product returns.

  4. Compliance with Platform Guidelines

    • The User acknowledges that all shop-related activities must comply with the guidelines and policies of the respective e-commerce platform.
    • Failure to comply with platform guidelines may result in shop closure or suspension of earnings.

6. Income Disclaimer

  1. Nature of the Opportunity

    • The User acknowledges that participation in Allevito is an income-generating opportunity that does not guarantee any fixed revenue or salary.

  2. Risk Factors

    • The User understands that various factors outside the control of Bundatia Ltd or Ningbo Elito—such as platform algorithm changes, market fluctuations, and consumer demand—can impact shop performance.

  3. Marketing and External Influences

    • Neither Bundatia Ltd nor Ningbo Elito has full control over external factors like competition, search engine rankings, or unforeseen marketplace restrictions that could affect income potential.

7. Payout

  1. Earnings are calculated monthly, covering sales from the 1st to the last day of each month.
  2. Payments are processed at the end of the following month via the payout method selected by the User (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal).
  3. All transaction fees are borne by the User.

8. Definition of a Successfully Established Shop

  1. Official Opening

    • A shop is deemed successfully established once it is officially activated and made visible to potential customers on the designated platform.

  2. Two-Week Waiting Period

    • A minimum two-week waiting period following shop creation is required for internal processing, setup validation, and performance monitoring.

  3. Closure Within the Waiting Period

    • If the platform closes the shop during or before the two-week waiting period for reasons not attributable to Bundatia Ltd or Ningbo Elito, the shop shall be considered not successfully established. In such cases, this Agreement may be modified or terminated accordingly.

9. Closure of Shops

  1. Grounds for Closure

    • A shop may be closed due to non-compliance, inactivity, or breach of third-party platform policies, as well as for reasons outlined in this Agreement.

  2. No Guarantee of Reinstatement

    • Neither Bundatia Ltd nor Ningbo Elito guarantees the continuity of the shop if closed by the platform. Efforts will be made to resolve closure issues, but outcomes depend on platform decisions.

  3. Notification and Dispute Resolution

    • If a closure occurs, the User will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. Any disputes relating to the closure shall be handled under the dispute resolution mechanism in this Agreement.

  4. Indemnification

    • The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bundatia Ltd from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the User’s activities or the operation of the shop, except where Bundatia Ltd is directly responsible.

10. Tax Obligations

Ningbo Elito assumes responsibility for business-related taxes arising from shop operations. The User is responsible for reporting and paying taxes on income received, as required by their local jurisdiction

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with the online shop, including trademarks, logos, and product designs, remains the exclusive property of Ningbo Elito. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12. Termination

  1. Termination by Bundatia Ltd or Ningbo Elito

    • Either Bundatia Ltd or Ningbo Elito may terminate this Agreement if the User breaches these Terms and Conditions, misuses any intellectual property, or engages in conduct that damages the reputation of Bundatia Ltd or Ningbo Elito.

  2. Termination by the User

    • The User may terminate this Agreement after the minimum term of 2 years, by providing 30 days’ written notice to Bundatia Ltd and Ningbo Elito.

  3. Extraordinary Termination

    • Notwithstanding the minimum 2-year term, each party reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately and without notice if the other party commits a serious legal or contractual violation, including but not limited to fraud or criminal activities.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed amicably through negotiations. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution (SCAI)

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Basel, Switzerland.

15. Modifications

Bundatia Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified of significant changes at least 30 days in advance.

16. Good Faith, Loyalty, and Common Sense

Both parties agree to act in good faith and apply common sense throughout the partnership. Ambiguities or disputes will be resolved with an emphasis on fairness and mutual benefit.

17. Minimum Participation Period

  1. Mandatory 2-Year Period

    • The User agrees to remain in this program for at least 2 years from the shop’s official establishment date. Early termination by the User is not permitted unless mutually agreed upon or as allowed under extraordinary termination rights.

  2. Exceptions for Force Majeure

    • In cases of force majeure (e.g., severe illness, legal changes that prevent the shop from operating), the parties may mutually agree to terminate the Agreement without enforcing the 2-year minimum.

18. Platform-Specific Guidelines

  1. Compliance Requirements

    • The User is responsible for ensuring that any content, listings, or promotional activities comply with all applicable platform-specific guidelines.
    • Repeated or serious violations may result in immediate shop closure and/or suspension of User earnings.

  2. Immediate Closure

    • Ningbo Elito reserves the right to close the shop without prior notice if the User’s listings or actions constitute a breach of platform rules (e.g., sale of prohibited items, infringement of intellectual property).

19. Entire Agreement

  1. Integration Clause

    • This Agreement represents the entire understanding between Bundatia Ltd, Ningbo Elito, and the User, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications and agreements related to the subject matter.

  2. Severability (Salvatorius Clause)

    • If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

  3. Amendments

    • Bundatia Ltd reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions upon 30 days’ notice to the User. Continued participation after such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
